Elizabeth Ross is a specialist Family Lawyer, who can offer expert legal advice regarding family law including representation in the New Zealand Family Court


She has considerable expertise in Family Law - with over 16 years litigation experience, especially cases involving children.  She has represented her clients in the Family Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in such cases.


She specialises in creating simple solutions to ensure the safety and security of you and your children


Elizabeth works with her clients during what can be a confusing and emotionally difficult time, ensuring that they are fully involved and are able to understand the legal issues and processes.


She will listen to your concerns and strive to find an amicable solution that best meets the needs of you and your family.


Elizabeth is based in Tauranga, but represents clients throughout the Bay of Plenty region.

Qualified as a Barrister
